Top 10 takeaways from the Sixers getting involved in the Dwight Howard trade talks

10) It's not an official NBA trade rumor unless it involves Andre Iguodala

9) Andrew Bynum is talented, injury-prone, and has motivational issues, so Philly Fan is sure to just love him all up

8) We're utterly certain that Pau Gasol would have been a whirling dervish in the mecca that is a rebuilding Magic team

7) Just in case someone in the Western Hemisphere hasn't heard yet, Howard wanted out of Orlando

6) You have to be impressed by how much the Lakers wanted to upgrade from an over-rated injury-prone center to an over-rated injury-prone center

5) The trade promises the Magic salary cap relief, which is just adorable, given that they still think they'll be NBA relevant

4) Denver's end of this involves trading Arron Afflalo and Al Harrington to Philly for Iguodala, because the last time they traded for a Philly AI guard, it worked out so well

3) How the Lakers someone managed to keep Gasol in the middle of all of these shenanigans is proof that they get other GMs high before making trades

2) Metta World Peace is still on the Lakers' roster, not that anyone seems to be noticing or bringing him up in trade talks

1) You are more than excused if you are just happy this is over, at least until Howard decides he can't be happy unless he's in Brooklyn

Bynum AND J Rich. Whoa Boy - what a time to be a Philly fan.

And Lakers keep Gasol. Wow - do they drug other GMs before these trades? Unbelievable.
