This brings back troublesome memories
I once, just once, hiked the Appalachian Trail for a weekend, as a tween. We probably went about 20 miles over two days, and it, um, sucked. Backpacking is basically being homeless with scenery, and I wasn't good at packing light, enjoying sunburn or mosquito bites, or embracing Jebus, which was the secondary purpose of the experience. Scenery? Missed. Fellowship and spirituality? Give me air conditioning and Atari. (Oh, sweet sweet Atari. You were my true friend.)
Anyway, here's a guy who did it a lot better than I did.

And Jebus, sorry if I messed up some kind of test back then. But Dinty Moore from a can is awful.
